As a Health Coach specialising in holistic nutrition, women’s and hormonal health — and also a mum, yoga teacher and runner — I’ve created a service that brings together everything I’m passionate about and practise daily. It’s designed for active women, mums who want to prioritise their wellbeing, and anyone looking to feel stronger, more energised and balanced.
This is about more than just food or exercise. It’s about learning to fuel your body well, move in a way that supports your life, and make rest and recovery just as much a priority as training. It’s about understanding your body’s needs through each phase, and building habits that actually last.
You don’t have to do it all perfectly — just be willing to start. I’m here to guide you toward feeling your best, with more strength, confidence and clarity in your everyday life.

One-Off Nutrition Coaching Session
AUD $165.-
This session is designed to help you understand what your body needs to perform better, feel stronger, and boost your daily energy. We'll review your current diet, lifestyle, and personal goals. It's perfect if you're just starting to exercise or simply want to learn how to eat in a way that helps you feel better and start seeing results from the inside out. -
3-Session Package
AUD $345.- upfront or AUD $129.- per session
This package is ideal if you're already moving or training and want to improve your physical performance, daily energy, and the quality of your nutrition. We'll work together to explore how to fuel your body before and after workouts, maintain steady energy throughout the day, and adapt your habits to suit your cycle, schedule, and real-life needs. You'll learn how to structure your meals and day strategically so that your efforts show up, both in your body and in how you feel. -
5-Session Package
AUD $525.- upfront or AUD $119.- per session
Take your performance to the next level with sustainable, strength-building habits.
These sessions go deeper into your overall wellbeing. We'll tailor your nutrition to your training style, energy demands, and recovery needs—while also supporting your hormone health, digestion, and emotional wellbeing. You’ll learn what supports you and what doesn’t, how to honour your rest, and how to consistently choose what your body truly needs. The goal is for you to train better, recover well, and feel proud of how you’re showing up for yourself.

Each coaching session begins with a review of your progress since our last meeting. We’ll discuss what’s working, any challenges you’ve encountered, and then set a clear focus for the session. Using mindfulness techniques and nutrition strategies, I’ll help you explore new ways to move past any obstacles, offering personalised advice and actionable steps. The goal is to leave each session feeling empowered, clear on your next steps, and motivated to continue your health journey.

Coaching sessions typically last between 45 minutes to an hour. You can schedule sessions weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly—whatever fits your lifestyle and goals best. Each session is designed to provide you with the tools and clarity you need to stay focused and continue progressing at your own pace.

The number of sessions you’ll need depends on your individual health goals and how quickly you’d like to achieve them. After our initial consultation, I’ll recommend a number of sessions, but this can always be adjusted as we go along. For some, 6 sessions might be enough, while others may benefit from ongoing coaching. We’ll break down your goals into achievable steps and I’ll support you along the way, adapting the plan to suit your unique needs and progress. The coaching process is designed to work at your pace, adjusting the plan as necessary to suit your needs.
