    During the initial consultation, we explore your health history, current concerns, nutrition, lifestyle, and habits. Together, we’ll clarify your goals and create a personalised plan to support your hormones, gut health, and daily routines, helping you feel more balanced, energised, and connected to your wellbeing.

  • Follow up

    AUD $115.-

    These consultations are exclusively for current clients. During these sessions, we will assess your progress, review your plan, and make any necessary adjustments to your diet and lifestyle to better meet your needs.

    The frequency will be tailored to your individual needs.

  • 3 Sessions Package

    AUD $345

    This package is ideal for those ready to make lasting changes, offering the support and time needed to develop new habits, build confidence, and achieve meaningful progress.

  • Each coaching session begins with a review of your progress since our last meeting. We’ll discuss what’s working, any challenges you’ve encountered, and then set a clear focus for the session. Using mindfulness techniques and nutrition strategies, I’ll help you explore new ways to move past any obstacles, offering personalised advice and actionable steps. The goal is to leave each session feeling empowered, clear on your next steps, and motivated to continue your health journey.

  • Coaching sessions typically last between 45 minutes to an hour. You can schedule sessions weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly—whatever fits your lifestyle and goals best. Each session is designed to provide you with the tools and clarity you need to stay focused and continue progressing at your own pace.

  • The number of sessions you’ll need depends on your individual health goals and how quickly you’d like to achieve them. After our initial consultation, I’ll recommend a number of sessions, but this can always be adjusted as we go along. For some, 6 sessions might be enough, while others may benefit from ongoing coaching. We’ll break down your goals into achievable steps and I’ll support you along the way, adapting the plan to suit your unique needs and progress. The coaching process is designed to work at your pace, adjusting the plan as necessary to suit your needs.
