    A nurturing 1:1 coaching package designed to support you through each trimester of your pregnancy, plus a bonus postpartum session to ease your transition into motherhood. Together, we'll explore natural tools to ease common discomforts, nourish your body and baby, and cultivate a sense of calm and empowerment.

    A personalised follow up 1:1 session available whenever you need additional support, guidance, or clarity during your pregnancy. Whether you're navigating new symptoms, adjusting your diet, or seeking calming techniques, this session offers a warm, supportive space to reconnect with yourself and your growing baby.

    A complete, holistic approach to nurturing yourself during the fourth trimester. With personalised nutrition advice, mindful self-care routines, and emotional support, this offering helps you feel replenished, steady, and supported as you embrace motherhood.

Lucia offers both online and in-person consultations at AHARA HEALTH in Newport, Sydney, every Thursday and Friday. If you live outside Australia or can’t find a suitable time, feel free to get in touch to arrange an appointment that works for you.

  • Each coaching session begins with a review of your progress since our last meeting. We’ll discuss what’s working, any challenges you’ve encountered, and then set a clear focus for the session. Using mindfulness techniques and nutrition strategies, I’ll help you explore new ways to move past any obstacles, offering personalised advice and actionable steps. The goal is to leave each session feeling empowered, clear on your next steps, and motivated to continue your health journey.

  • Coaching sessions typically last between 45 minutes to an hour. You can schedule sessions weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly—whatever fits your lifestyle and goals best. Each session is designed to provide you with the tools and clarity you need to stay focused and continue progressing at your own pace.

  • The number of sessions you’ll need depends on your individual health goals and how quickly you’d like to achieve them. After our initial consultation, I’ll recommend a number of sessions, but this can always be adjusted as we go along. For some, 6 sessions might be enough, while others may benefit from ongoing coaching. We’ll break down your goals into achievable steps and I’ll support you along the way, adapting the plan to suit your unique needs and progress. The coaching process is designed to work at your pace, adjusting the plan as necessary to suit your needs.
